MY WHY:  I am confident in myself and how I look and genuinely feel good every day!  It wasn't always that way for me.  Every day used to be a big struggle.  For over 35 years I've been self-employed as the President and Founder of a successful marketing and branding agency but  now because of my passion for Keto, and the results I've seen in myself and others, I'm transitioning to Keto Coaching full time.  Every woman deserves to  believe in themselves, feel better and be more energetic.  Most of all we deserve to find hope again!

I  tried every diet out there, spent countless time and money to only be more discouraged and disappointed in myself.  Then I found the Keto diet and ended up finding a new me!  I've been told I look 10 years younger now than I did 10 years ago.  Wow!  Not only did I lose weight, I have the energy, confidence and health I never had before even in my younger years. As a result, Keto Coaching is my passion and  I've made a commitment to a lasting and natural  lifestyle that heals. I'm excited to see women find renewed vitality and go beyond their limitations and have success.  Those who discover Keto, and stick with it, find weight loss to be a wonderful added bonus to finding a new freedom and  getting healthy.   Priceless!  


I'm no longer pre-diabetic, have reached my goal weight and lost a total of 35 pounds. My other health challenges (including GERD, plantar fasciitis, headaches, bloating, unexplained aches and pains, no energy and more)  are no longer the center of my life. I know there are others out there who have self-sabotaged, are frustrated, may not believe there is something that will help them or they just  aren't able to fully commit to Keto and need support. Because I’ve succeeded and failed and come back stronger I'm confident that I can help others to overcome any of their personal obstacles.  Are you ready to get started?

What Do I Eat on Keto?

The Ketogenic Lifestyle is a low carb, high healthy fat and moderate protein way of eating.  Your body becomes a fat burning machine. In addition to weight loss, the Keto  diet has been known to resolve numerous health issues like joint pain, high blood pressure, autism, parkinsons, MS, PCOS, pre-diabetes, Gerd, skin disorders, inflammation, type 2 diabetes and more.  

Eating healthy fats keep you full  and there is no reason to feel deprived or hungry on Keto.   As you say goodbye to grains and sugar, you'll give butter and bacon a big warm welcome into your life. Along with meats such as beef, poultry, pork , lamb and seafood. And, healthy oils like avocado, coconut and olive.  Yummy dairy products like heavy whipping cream,  eggs, cheese and sour cream.   There are so many yummy foods on Keto. Including  berries and nuts in moderation as a tasty treat.   I promise you won't ever be hungry on Keto!
